Hi Vicster,
If you see spots or get dizzy when you get up fast that is called orthostatic hypotension or positional hypotension. Basically, your blood pressure drops when you stand up - this is normal, to some extent. It can be worse if you are ill or dehydrated. Your body needs time to compensate for you standing, it does this by constricting blood vessels and it does take some time.
The headaches may/may not be related. It could be a tension headache. They are common around the eyes, and back of head and neck. They are often caused by stress or from being in an uncomfortable position for while - using your computer, xbox, etc., can cause these too.
Tell your doctor about the spots. They'll check your blood pressure for a start. Again, it is normal, to a point.
Hope it helps.
