Hi,

Last week I went to see my doctor because I experienced vaginal itching but it felt different from a normal yeast infection. He did the pelvic exam and pap and said I had a medium sized polyp on my cervix.

I will be going Monday to see the GYNO who will decide if he will remove it in the office or not. But .....Since the pelvic exam (had it twice) I have more intermittant bleeding and pieces rather chunky come out and I feel a burning sensation. I went back and he said its the bleeding that causes these sensations but came me antibiotic cream to insert.

Is is normal to feel burning sensation when the Polyp bleeds? and Is it normal for the blood to come out chunky, like in small pieces?
