See a gynocologist ASAP you sound like you are experiencing precancer or a severe infection of the vaginal organs (uterus, cervix, &vagina) you most likely need the current lining of your uterus taken out which will be safe and done without pain, and possibly other procedures to prevent further damage. It is possible that you are 'agitating' the cervix. Larger endowed men have this effect on the lady parts. Most often, as you mentioned, right before your period.
