I usually have very regular cycles (28-29 days). Today is my 22nd of my cycle and I am experiencing light pinkish bleeding tonight, mild cramps and I feel bloated. I do not take birth control pills or use any other form of hormonal contraceptive. What could be the cause of this bleeding.

I am trying to conceive after having the mirena removed. I had the mirena removed on the 28th of september, and I started my period on the first. I think I ovulated around the 12th and has light pink spotting around the 20th of october. Now it is october 23rd and I am bleeding almost like a period but not as heavy on and off without any other period symptoms. I thought that I had pregnancy symptoms but I am not sure. Any advice?
