Do blue veins on breasts and pain usually mean you are pregnant? Or could it be birth control and just growing symptoms?

Yeah, well I researched it and it says when veins start appearing suddenly on breasts and on area, it is a common pregnancy symptom. But, my breasts have been hurting a little, but thats it. It all just came at once more noticable veins on stomach breast, arms everywhere.
