Broken condoms, the pill, and plan b one step.

My boyfriend and I were having sex the other night. The condom broke, and without either of us knowing, he came. As soon as it happened, I ran to the restroom and washed myself off. Now here is some other info: I was using the condom as a precautionary measure because I'm on the pill, but I only just started the pill about two weeks prior to the incident. I had taken twelve pills on my cycle before it happened, and took my thirteenth right after, because it was the time of day I usually do. Since then, I have still been taking my birth control regularly. I'm not sure if I was protected yet by the pill or not, so I went to Walgreens and picked up plan b one step and took it within an hour and a half of the incident. I feel fine, no bleeding or spotting. I know that the pill stops ovulation and plan b one step only delays it, but I wasn't sure if the pill had time to kick in. Can someone help me out?
