I just got back from Mexico and pretty much went on a 7 day drinking binge and now my scrotum and a small place close to my anus have dark purple spots. Could this just be from the alcohol consumption like liver spots?

I went to Puerto Rico for a week and came back with a bruise on my left lower back and at no time did i experience trauma to this area. Strange huh?
