Got hitel the testes while pole vaulting (dot ask) now , 2 days later, my left nut is swollen to a pretty large size (less now after 2 days of ice) but there are bruises that are a dark purple/grey color in 3 places. One is very big. And there is pain under my pubic hair on the left side. AND the left side of my scrotum is thicker than the right. So should I continue icing and taking it easy, or see a doctor as soon as possible? Please and thank you :)

Is there any pain from the testicle?
It never hurts to get it checked out. Bruising and swelling is normal from any injury, only you know how bad it was. Have you ejaculated recently? How was the color? You may notice blood in your semen.
If the swelling doesn't go down in a few days see your doctor.

There's no blood anywhere. Not in seman or urine and there's only painin the testicle. And the area above the scrotum, like the feeling you get from a sore leg the day after working out.
