just recently i noticed discoloration on my scrotum and on the base left side of my penis. i dont recall hitting anything or being hit in that area, but a section of my scrotum is purple. it doesnt hurt and there is no swelling. what is going on?

How are you treating your testicles and penis during masturbation? If you are rough on them, it is highly likely that you will experience bruising.
How often does it happen to you that you don’t get relief from sexual tension? If you get excited and all that blood that has filled your genitals doesn’t go away because you haven’t ejaculate, you may very well experience swelling and bruising of the testicles.
