hi,
for the last several days i have had painful white bumps on my tongue. although first they were on the side, now they are mainly on the front, on the tip. the duration of each individual bump is about two days. in april i was told by a doctor that i have herpes I. does this seem to be an outbreak? i have only had one outbreak and that was much more minor then this. i am new to this herpes thing so i dont really know what qualifies as an outbreak or how long the duration will be. also i just noticed some bumps under my tongue as well, bigger, clearer, and less painful, but i dont know if i usually have those or not. my tongue is whiter now then in general and the pain is
constant. so is this herpes? what should i do to treat my tongue?
thanks

I heard that small white bumps on the tongue is a lack of Vitamin B. Take some Vitamin B.
