I am a 22 year old male. I recently had protected sex with my girlfriend for the first time 3 days ago. Later that day i began experiencing reddness of my scrotum. The next day the symptoms remained just became more of a burning sensation, feels like a sunburn on my testicles. I have a slight reddness on the inside area of my groin. But i do not have any bumps or scaling or anything just reddness. I am so scared of herpes or something else. I hope it is just an infection any help would be great. Thanks.

Herpes would not start showing sign for month to years. It is a possibilty that this girl could have a yeast infection which if she does is not healthy for you to be having sex with her due to risks such as these. Also it's best after intercourse to clean your private area with a warm, wet cloth to remove excess fluid which can cause rashes.
