if i started the butt exercise how  long it will tke to get a perfect butt and hips if i work out daily??

Depends on what your butt looks like now...

Shaping body is a long-lasting "project" - it will definitely take more than 3 months, but you should be able to see first results in about a month or two. Also, depends whether you're including cardio workout in your exercise routine, whether you're working with weights and on all muscle groups - it is a whole body process after all. And it also depends on what you're eating.

Hello memza! It would be a great idea to do several types of exercises that stimulate your glutes. Different exercises will target the several areas of the buttocks to tighten and shape them to your liking. You should exercise your hamstrings, too, since they lay dorsal to that area and tighten them may help give your butt an extra lift as well. It will take a while to trim your derriere as any part of your body. Three months to six months may be what it takes. I would add walking or jogging to your routine to tightening and workout that area. You may see quicker results that way.
