Im on birth controll to reglate my period. I skipped three pills in the third week. Anyways I had sex, and after 5 days after I had sex. Whenever i was due to be on my period. All I had was dark blood it was not a regular period lasted like 4 days All I did was spotted and slimy stuff usely came out.. Can I be pregnant? Don't worry, I am married. We are trying to get pregnant. I just need help. This will be our first child.

Many girls do take birth control just to regulate their periods and that is fine. But I would not recommend taking birth control while trying to conceive. First of all it is impossible to get pregnant while on birth control(hence the name). Second of all, missing couple of pills won’t do much as it does take some time for pills to leave your system just as it takes some time for the pills to start having an effect (7-30 days).
So I suggest that if you want to get pregnant you should definitely quit taking birth control pills. Give it some time after you stop taking them , like 2 weeks , and then try to conceive. I hope you get pregnant soon and everything turns out ok. But definitely get off the pill.
