Hello, I am 47 years old and I am having problems with my menopause symptoms. The worst are depression, mood changes and insomnia. There are other too, but they are not as intimidating as those three I have mentioned. Anyway, can omega-3 fatty acid supplements help in treating mood disorders? Should I even consider acquiring that?
