can someone answer what these couple of small bumps on forskin and shaft

can hardly see them but when looking really close I see a couple of these zit like bumps on my penis. I popped 3 and they went away but I saw a couple more. Ive had some itching for a couple of days but that went away after I put on some canesta. I did the spit test too to check for a yeast infection and it looked like a couple of webs in the glass. After awhile it sank to the bottom of the glass. here is a close up of bump on penis. Can anyone help me out? one pic is is when I stretch the skin
