I had sex for the first time a few months ago with a girl who said that she was a virgin, and she continues to say so. Anyways I have not had sex since then and about a week ago my anus and scrotum began to itch mainly at night. I went to the doctor and she told me she didnt think i had any STDs, but i didnt get tested. She to me to use lotrimin on the area. I used this for a couple days and its getting much better. Now my penis is very irritated for some reason and it constantly burns, especially at night after urinating, its miserable. It seems like it is worse when I am not doing anything. I started to apply lotrimin to the tip of my penis as well. The pain went away for a day now its back. The thing is i have NO rashes of any kind there really are no visual symptoms. I heard about a test for a yeast infection where you spit in a glass when you wake up and, if your spit sinks to the bottom you have a yeast infection. I did this and sure enough it did sink. Could this be my problem? I have a yeast infection? Please someone help..

spitting in a glass thats a new one on me. you could have cystitis if you burn after weeing. but if i were you id go back and see a different doc.
if you dont want to go see your doc then you can go to your family planing clinic and they may do a test for you if you want to clear your head. eather way you need to get this sorted. good luck
