I have been on birth control for many years now and have unprotected sex other than the birth control with my boyfriend. I take my pills regularly and have never missed a period. I was on antibiotics about 2-3 weeks before my boyfriend came to visit. I am still taking my birth control and was suppose to start my period while my boyfriend was visiting so I continued my pills and skipped the period. We had unprotected sex on the 22nd of December and would have started my period on the 23rd. Since new years eve I have been having period type cramping and feeling like I am going to be sick but then those feelings go away and come back later in the evenings and in the mornings.
Could there be a chance that I may be pregnant?

Yes, there is a slight chance but if you had sex the day before your period it's not likely, even without birth control. Still, since you missed a period take a home test.
The other possibility is that your period is late because you were ill and the antibiotics.
