can you have multiple cysts burst on your ovaries

Yes and its very painful.  Your GYN will do an ultra sound and sonogram to determine the mass size and if its a tumor or just cysts.  I would talk to my doctor if I were you.  The sooner you get this taken care of the better for you and your future children.  If unattended it could lead to infertility.
