Also I am wondering how they remove the cysts.

Well, I had to get a cyst removed on my left ovary and the way they went about that, was putting me into surgery, they put you to sleep of course... making an incision in your belly button, and one above both ovaries, they stick a tube into your belly filling it with gas so that they can have room to work and see what their doing. You will feel very sore when you wake up, but nothing too unbearable, because you'll be on medication! While their still in surgery depending on the circumstances of your ovary they either cut the cyst off, and return the ovary back into the body and your good to go, or if it's really bad they have to remove the whole ovary, and you can still conceive with one. Your chances are just down to 50/50, ya know? You can develop cyst again on the same or opposite ovary, or even both. Be very careful and always looks for symptoms, get check-ups regularly and if ovarian cancer runs in your family, like it does mine, make sure you have an OB/GYN where you can go in anytime and get the diagnose you need and test / treatments to make sure your healthy and okay! I hope everything works out for you , and you can concieve. God Bless.
