Can't ejaculate after masturbation anymore (teen)

I'm a youngish teen and ever since I started masturbating I could ejaculate, recently however, nothing happens. I climax but nothing happens afterwards. I have some dark purple veins showing up on ,y penis recently and some weird dark spots appearing as well. I still pee afterwards as I always did, my bladder hurts afterwards sometimes, and once during this period I did ejaculate but it was clear, I also ejaculated a few minutes after I was done once. I hope I can still have kids one day! Really scared
