So I can't find my clit theres nothing but skin. No bump were it's supposed to be. Is that a problem? Do I need to see a doctor?

I'm not sure a doctor would help you. You're not alone, my wife has no discernable clit. Just as you describe, no bump where it should be---nothing! When I get her all worked up I can't feel anything under there, not even a hard grain of sand.
Can you work up an orgasm by rubbing the area where it should be? I can give my wife multiple orgasms by licking or rubbing so it's in there somewhere under the skin, I just don't have the pleasure of playing with it. Since there is no visible or feelable thing there it makes it more difficult to do her. Licking is ok because my tongue covers the area pretty well but to do her by hand I have to use three fingers to be wide enough to cover the whole area, but after years of practice it works well.
Actually what we call the clit, that little bean that usually sticks out, is only the tiny tip of the clit anyway. The clit is quite large and is shaped like the roots of a tooth. It goes down both sides of the vulva and is several inches long so even if the tip is not sticking out at the top there is still plenty of nice sensitive clit under there to produce wonderful pleasure if you know how to massage it.
We couldn't get her doctor to try to uncover it for her/us. When she had the babies she had to go back for him to repair what they cut each time so we figured while he had her all numbed up anyway he could open up the skin over her clit to release it but he said "we don't do that".
