i jsut pearced my cartilage and my ear is turning a purple van color and i dont no if it is just earitated or if it is infected

Hi brad, I hope that you are doing well. If you have a purple color in your ear, unfortunately, yes that is an infection, and you will need to seek treatment for htis as soon as possible. Is it associated with any pain or pus or anything like that? I hope that it isn't the case but it sounds quite likely. It has been awhile since you posted so did you actually go to a doctor about this? Please keep me posted. Thanks a lot!
