Chances of Pregnancy from Precum Whilst using Birth Control, Condom, and Pullout Before Ejaculation

I've been on birth control for nearly 4 years and I don't miss pills and I have a fairly regular cycle (I start my period usually on the 3rd day of the activation pills). Recently my fiance and I had sex and I was 4 days into my new pack for the month.  We don't usually have unprotected sex even on birth control (I'm on the pill and he wears a condom).  In this instance we had sex without a condom for a few moments before we put one on.  We have done this before and all has been fine because, well that's why I'm on birth control right?  So anyways, we used the condom and he still pulled out before he ejaculated.  It's been about 9 days since we had sex and I think I psyched myself out by remembering I hadn't been on the pill for 7 days yet since the new pack started.  But I take it at the same time every morning and I was already 4 days in.  I felt a few sharp pinches for a couple days (off and on, not painful just enough to feel more like an itch).  Anyways, I guess my question is, do you think it's "probable" that I'm pregnant.  Note I said probable not "possible' because as we all know any time you have sex there is a chance you could get pregnant.  Also might be important to note that my fiance did not ejaculate prior to us having sex and I think he used the restroom first but I honestly don't remember.  Any thoughts would be helpful.  Thanks,  Val
