The bacteria will not kill the sperm but it can make you infertile if it gets through your cervix in extreme cases.
From the point of ovulation the egg will normally only survive for 24 hours if not fertilized, if you want to get pregnant then start trying everyday from 5 days before ovulation and up to one day after.

He will not cum inside my vagina and I am literally going insane I am craving for it so bad

I can orgasm a few times before he can ejactulate but he always pulls out unless we are doing anal then he will come inside my ass while usually either using his hand or a toy to pleasure me more while he's cumming. But I'm still always left unsatisfied because my vagina is left throbbing wanting his cum inside of me. My vaginal walls crave his semen. We recently have had a baby and are engaged to marry this fall

You can always try taking birth control pills if you want him to cum inside your vagina that much. But this will not assure 100% protection against pregnancy.

Hi, my last period started on the 21st of dec 2016. Im not sure of my cycle length. My bf and i had unprotected sex on the 4th of jan 2017. He did not ejaculate in me, but wiped off and put it back in for a short while. What are the odds of me getting pregnant? Please reply ASAP as im thinking of getting a morning after pill. Thank you so much.

If I'm right I believe you ovulate either yesterday, today, or tomorrow. So your glances are very high.

4th Jan would likely be a fertile day if your cycle were 28-33 days long, and after ejaculation, sperm would be in his urethra even after 'wiping off'!

If your cycle were 28-33 days long, then the chances of sperm entering your vagina at a fertile time are very high. The chances of actually becoming pregnant depend on the quality of his sperm, and the conditions inside your vagina.

Just one more question, what is the average chance in percentage that a woman gets pregnant when a man ejaculates in her during her fertile time, assuming conditions are normal?

I don't know of any published statistics that would provide the answer you require. What are 'normal conditions'? Assuming a healthy male and a healthy female both eating a healthy diet and both with a healthy reproductive system, then I would think the chances are close to 100%. Assessing those conditions would be a medic's task.
