dude! i think i have this... its like white wet t.p, but for me it doesn't really itch sometimes, and i kinda smell too down there, and it irritates me... grr.. i want to know how to stop it

You can't stop smegma. Your body produces it, all you can do is wash it off.

And what if the "wet tp" mucus is directly on the inside of the vagina? Like right around the opening and around the urethra? Is this the same? Two days ago I got dove body wash on my parts by accident and since then get that throbby sensation like a tampon that was forgotten about is sitting right there. Some discharge, but not much. almost mimics the beginning stages of a UTI. Upon curious self examination with a quick little swipe along the side i found the mucus, and since doing so that entire area is throbbing again with higher irritation. This won't turn into a uti is it?

I have been having the same problem with the wet toilet paper look, i am std free and have had the same partner for almost a year now, its only been on and off the last couple months and some days it can make my clitoris very dry and itchy, even when i just had a shower a couple hours earlier, i do have sex 4 days in a row then i work out of town for 4 days in a row, its super embarrassing when i can see it on my partners penis after sex, and i noticed that he performs oral less now, im gonna go to my gyno very soon, shes just hard to get into, but if i hear anything else i will let you know, and im new to this site and just realized this was posted over a year ago, well maybe someone else will read this too

Don't use any soap on it. I expect it might burn. Soap burns my penis if I get it under the foreskin and don't rinse it all out. It even burns if I wash the glans and the inner foreskin with it. However, baby shampoo doesn't burn me. You could try that if you want to use something more than plain water.

Okay so, you all are talking about it being on the clit, but mine is sort of, inside of my vagina? any ideas on what this could be? It is very itchy, irritated, red and puffy, i have used my finger to clean out the white thick substance and it comes out, but not all of it. I am getting quite worried because i just got a new girlfriend and we had done sexual activities up front. Also i may like to add, before i was gonna be on my period, everything stopped, until it was about 3days after my period?? Now it hurts like hell again.. thanks.

Sounds like you have thrush. It's pretty common. Try a canesten combi pack. Take a tablet orally and use the cream to sooth it. Should clear up in a couple of days. I know it's horrible. The itch is unbearable at times. Be careful because it can be passed to your partner. Genital to mouth as well as by genital to genital.

This thread may have started in 2006, but it seems lotsa folks are still expressing concerns. I found a website that can probably answer THIS topic, or ANYTHING else that pertains to the clitoris. It is quite likely small bits of toilet paper. HOnestly, if you start using baby wipes instead of dry paper, you might notice a difference. The dry paper gets stuck in the wet atmosphere of the vagina and the clit sort of hides little chunks often.
