Happening to me and am so over it smells reqlly bad and I have to change my tampons heaps. Also it cant be because of sexual intercourse or pregnancy because it am only thirteen and never done it.

This has been happening to me too. The last three periods I’ve had have started out as a murky brown and the next day it’s turns into clear liquid with small amounts of blood mixed in. Is something wrong?

Hi, I'm not so sure the tampon theory is correct ladies. I am 50 with huge fibroids since I was 32, and have never used tampons and since about 2 years ago I have experienced water like fluid on the last 2 days of my 4 day cycle. I'm thinking maybe fibroids coupled with perimenopause may be another theory.

I'm 41, I've had 7 children and I've studied midwifery in uni for 2 years, this happened to me for the first time this morning, I am having sporadic bleeding while on the contraceptive implant, it's been quite heavy yesterday and this morning, I got out of bed because I thought I had leaked and it looked like my bladder leaked in the night, (wet underwear gusset) but when pressed with tissue it was light brown in colour, I thought it would have been a separation of blood products such as the haemaglobin got soaked in the tampon and that is what came out.. But here I am posting on here as I'm not sure... :/

Im 17 years old and I don’t think it has to do anything with the pill or intercourse since I haven’t experienced either. The same thing has been happening to me and now every time I wear a tampon I have to put on a pad because fluid is some how not suck up by the pad:/

Hi I seem to be having this also,I'm on my period,but it seems watery it looks like blood,but watery,faster flowing because of this watery texture, I have fibroids also ,but going for embolization.

This just happened to me today. Started my day with heavy flow, but this afternoon I had to run to the bathroom at work. Before I could sit on the toilet, it was as of my water broke! (I have kids, so I know what it feels like). Splash! All over the bathroom floor at work! Blood and clear fluid, like a pint :-( I was in the bathroom, half hour, trying to to clean up the mess on the floor and bathroom toilet seat. So embarrassing. I just left work early, and have had to go to the bathroom twice since I've been home. On here trying to seek answers. I'm 45 and I do know I started on an alkaline diet two weeks ago, and have never felt better and more energized in ages. I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

This has been happening to me as well. At first, when I was 10 (I'm now 23), it was always this clear fluid. I had no idea what a period was at the time. I just assumed it was natural and went on with life. I soon told my parents, lots of talks happened, and I was appearantly now a woman. I didn't really understand what it meant, but it made me proud. Still to this day, I have clear periods. I've talked to many doctors about it, but they have no idea what it is.

Im 44 and I've been experiencing the same thing for the last 4 to 5 months... I dont know what it is either but would like to know too if anyone has a clue. Bizarre. I read down pretty far to see if there was actually an idea and I see alot of women are affected but still unaware as to what it is. Guess Ill keep scrollibg google. GL ladies!!!!
