clear watery liquid discharge coming from my vagina?

I have that too and have had it for at least 6 years. I had a pelvic ultrasound and nothing was abnormal. Very annoying and it’s a weird smell too. An NP suggested a very small urovagjnal fistula. I think she may be correct.

You explained it perfectly. I am 10 yrs post-menopausal and use a very small amount of vaginal estrogen twice a week. It just started happening - a sudden release of clear, watery liquid that is enough soak through. Curious.
