Lately I’ve been having cold sweat during the night. I suspected on dreams first tan on stress, but now I think that it might be my heart. Is it possible? Should I see a doctor? What causes cold sweats during the night?

You should see a doctor if your cold sweats happen repeatedly during the night, night after night. It can be due to estrogen, the lack of it, especially if you are near menopause, in fact, for some women nighttime cold sweats are the only sign of hot flashes. Beside the hormones it can be insulin, when your sugar drops and finally they might be the sign of a severe heart or circulatory problem, though you'd probably notice chest pain first.
