Ok, so I lay on my left side a lot and about a month ago it started hurting so I switched sides and started laying on my right side. It feels like my left collar bone is sticking out and sometimes it hurts. Now that I've been laying on my right side, its starting to do the same as my left except I think I feel a lump and everytime I touch it it stings. Then ill lay down and it feels so tight and i can sleep because it hurts and its uncomfortable. Idk if it has anything to do with the fact I'm a double D or not. I don't have insurance or money for a chiropractor. I just need some advise ):
