Hi, certainly opinions about dietary issues are always divided an they change very easily. A few years ago, patients having increased blood cholesterol were advised to avoid all forms of fats in diet. Later, they were instructed to take fish oil and fatty fish of Northern seas as it contains high level of useful fats. Eggs were discussed, and there are recommendations to take up to 3 or 4 eggs a week. But, in this amount you have to count all eggs contained in snacks, noodles, desserts and any food you eat.
