For the past year and a half I've been dealing with constant stomach pain situated right underneath my ribs, along the arch at the front. I tried going to my family doctor who told me I had IBS and proceeded to do nothing about it or tell me anything about it. (He’s no longer my doctor, waiting for one currently!) The pain is constantly there, but I’ve notice lately that if I sit a certain way, I’ll feel a “clicking” sensation in the same area and the pain will intensify from a ‘5’ to at least an ‘8’. Usually, my bowel movements are diarrhea-like and the sensation of needing to have a BM comes on strongly and hurts tremendously before, during and afterwards. I have found that during my period I will become slightly constipated. This has happened without fail now for at least 4 months. All foods aggravate my stomach, it seems just eating in general hurts, even if I eat an IBS/Crohn's friendly diet. I’ve also lost 80 pounds now, and nothing has changed. I’m losing my mind trying to deal with the pain on my own, but all of my tests are coming back wonderfully (blood/urine/normal hospital tests) but the swelling is still happening and now my back is inflamed and incapacitating me more often than not. Sorry this is so long, but any ideas at all would be appreciated!!

Have you tried undergoing a hemorrhoid tests? Do you feel pain while you poop? Do you see blood in your stool? If yes, then you're positive for hemorrhoids.
