Could I get pregnant from an orgasm in a Hot Tub?

I was with my boyfriend last night in the hot tub. He had an orgasm in the hot tub, and let out sperm. I am scared if it could have lived and gotten into me and made me pregnant. The next night after the hot tub, I had an orgasm and found that the fluid wasn't clear but slighty bloody.

Question 1: Could I get pregnant from the sperm that was in the hot tub?
Question 2: Could I know I'm pregnant the day after so called "sex", even though we didn't have sex
