Ive been having these pimple like red lesions that go away at times and come back on my gential area and buttocks for years, over the past 6 years ive had unprotected sex with a few different partners... i was with them for awhile..and they never had anything wrong down there.. i talked to both of my ex's recently and they dont have anything wrong down there or any where else.. my current mate doesnt either.... my question is.. what could this be? any thoughts or comments would be appreciated... thanks =)

I would get that checked out if I were you - though it could be something like a skin irritation (rubbing against your clothes, or from shaving/waxing?), it could be herpes, which is very contagious. Your ex partners could have it without knowing, so next time you get a lesion - go see a doctor so that they can see what it is!
