Hi, in the last couple of months I’ve had difficulties sleeping. I have dark and negative thoughts, and I imagine terrible things that never happened just to torture my self. During the day I am depressed and unsociable. Could it be anxiety?

Hi, I know the feeling. Same things have been troubling me for years, and I still didn’t manage to cope with them. In my case it is anxiety, and I think it could be in yours too. I was diagnosed three years ago, and I used some medicines like Zoloft. It helped me a little, but it didn’t reduce all of my symptoms. I am under lot of stress, and it makes me cry at least three times a day. It’s not much of a life, is it? I am considering a group therapy, it seams like the best solution. It could be helpful if I had people with the same problems to talk to. Maybe you should think about this solution too, but only if your doctor confirms that you’re anxious.
