Since age 10, I have taken vyvanse (mg's increased as I got older), but until recently I decided to change to (2) 20mg generic adderalls a day when I started college (because my dad lost his job and we now have catastrophic insurance and vyvanse got too expensive). I only ever took the adderall on school days and not weekends but during finals time I was taking it 3 times a day with weekends included to study and I was stretching myself thin, my question though is can that overuse of adderall delay my period? I'm 3 days late (and I'm never late) and yes, I am sexually active with my boyfriend of 2 years but only once in the past month we had unprotected sex and he never ejaculated inside me (even with a condom on he doesn't!) I will get a pregnancy test once I'm 7 days late but for now I'm left worrying and trying to think of less anxiety causing answers such as that maybe the stress of my first ever finals (because I WAS definitely stressed) and my minor abuse of my adderall might be playing a role in my delayed period.
