Hiya, Ive had a lump on my urethra which I noticed about 8 months ago. I went to the doctors and they referred me to urology for a scan. This process took about 4 months. Sex was to painful so in the meantime I decided to stop taking the pill because I didn't see the point. By the time my scan came around I noticed the lump had gone, I had the scan anyway. Ive not had my results yet but the doctor doing the scan said all that was there was swollen tissue, no lump. I was so relieved, and my husband and I could have sex again. I started taking the pill again and within a week the lump was back. Ive stopped it again now and the lump has almost gone again, its only been 2 weeks. Ive had no pain when weeing. Just wondered if anyone knows if there could be a link between the pill and the lump?
