I don’t know about you but I wouldn’t push things too much. You do know that ribs serve to protect internal organs. I had two ribs broken when I fell from my motorcycle. I suffered a lot of pain because of the nerve endings. I had to leave them alone, so that the bones would heal on their own. There was nothing I could do but wait and the pain was devastating.
