Earlier this pm, I had a feeling of cramping on the upper left side at and just below the rib cage...As the evening progressed I have a tenderness at the lower rib cage and upper abdomen...At times very uncomfortable. I feel fine, no neausa or fever, but when I lay down the discomfort seems to radiate down my left leg, back and chest... Should I be concerned enough to go to a Dr. tonight or can it wait til am?
