I have suffered abdominal pain and discomfort for several years, only recently have they gotten bad enough to seek medical advice,
My doctor did a sonogram and discovered gallstones, shortly after that my gallbladder was removed, the surgeon said i had a lot of gallstones,
It's been a year after the surgery, i still have stomache pains, constant and nagging, sometimes i have to sit, doubled over just to wait for them to go away, i have very different bowel movements, sometimes none at all, sometimes two or three days go by without one, and sometimes i have to stay by a bathroom, very rarely are they normal. it hurts all the time, not one thing causes the pain it just hurts!
I've had xrays, ct scans, sonogram, ultrasound, upper Gi, blood tests, urine tests you name it i've had it. i've lost a lot of weight due to loss of appetite, i used to eat like a pig, now i'm lucky if i can finish half of what is on my plate, I have no fever, and the pain stays in my abdomen below the rib cage, the doctor just recently told me she thinks it's stomache acid, i took the pills, no change! I have another doctors appointment next week, I need advice, what should I ask or should i insist? i've done a lot of research, and came up with a couple ideas,

1. vitamin b-12 dificiency
2. Abdominal adhesions.
could i possibly have some left behind stones, could those have been detected on the tests i've already had done?
