Gradually reducing food intake will help to lose weight in the long term. It is not recommended to cut off your daily calorie intake, also. Start with junk food and then reduce carbohydrates such as pastas breads and cereals. Necessarily, keep protein (meats, eggs, fish) and good fats (such as olive oil) in your diet.
