I was prescribed on cyclobenzaprine (Flexeril) for a back injury. After taking it for seven days I stopped. It has been over nine days now, and I still have blurred vision, and have experienced rapid heart beats, nausea, acid reflux, diarrhea. I have problem when I drive, I seem to be in a fog, and my reflexes are shot. I am wondering how long this drug will be in my system? I guess I have side effects from cyclobenzaprine. I think I’ll stop.

I have fibromygia and I take Flexeril(cyclobenzaprine), Trazadone, and on bad
days Vicodin. I never have problems with drug interactions. I am not sure if your doctor first. However, it seems that you are not well, so you should ask for help. I can tell you only what the side effects are. Cyclobenzaprine is a skeletal muscle relaxant, so common side effects are: drowsiness, dizziness, lightheadedness and dry mouth.
