I woke up today and realized that I have a weird cylindrical rod only about a 7 mm or less its almost unnoticeable under skin on the bottom of my shaft. the cylinder is hard and seems to be attached to the inside of my skin and not my shaft. so I was really just wondering what it is and if it would go away on its own. thanks
