Since the age of 16 I noticed a change in my orgasms. Previously I felt the orgasms all around the head of my penis. At around 16, suddenly there was less sperm ejaculated and I could only get the feeling on the right hand side of the penis head. It seems to me that the left testicle has somehow become attached and the sperm isn't making it's way into the penis as it should. I sometimes feel a tickling sensation around the testicle as if the sperm is there but not going where it should. I put all this to my doctor and he basically said it was all in my head, that I couldn't possibly know and nothing could be done about it. Taken aback by this, I think it's quite unbelievable, I know there is a problem and I can't believe nothing can be done about it. Does anybody else have a problem like this? If I can't go to my doctor about it, who can I turn to?

You should try the various GUM clinics or other contraception type clinics - they are free and confidential, plus you get medical advice - they are all trained medics :-)
it sounds pretty uncomfortable, good luck with discovering whats up :-)

Your dr is right. Do you know how much pain you would be in if ur testicle was detatched? You wouldn't be able to stand and it would turn all black because it would be dead. Its all in your head dude.

I see you're in England. Here in the states, I'd just go to another Dr. to find someone who would help me. Do you have any options in your system? Or are you stuck with an assigned Dr. or clinic?
It sounds like you may have some nerve damage that deadens one side of your head.
After I got the vasectomy it was a funny feeling in there when I came because the sperm couldn't get out, so I don't think it's all in your head. You may have some kind of blockage, and I think they should be willing to check it out for you.

Even in England you can go to another doctor to get a second opinion--however I do agree that I don't think that your testicle has become detatched. I don't know what the issue is but I know that it's not severed. Does that help you at all?
