I know this might be obvious, but have you told him, and does he know you haven't orgasmed? Try telling your bf, to pull out and do oral on you, or just pull out and let him kiss you while he fingers etc. He needs to learn to withhold his orgasm if he can. But sometimes, its just to hard to do. Work at it, and communicate, it is fustrating, but if you keep talking you should work something out.

When I was first married I would come almost at the thought of going inside her. Often I would just get the head inside it's nice warm home and it would be so happy ------ kaboom!!!! I already knew that it would take longer for the the second coming, so we tried that for awhile. But we also found that she didn't come well through vaginal stimulation, so I could never do it long enough for her to come.
I tried oral on her to get her off as many times as she liked, then I would go inside to complete the job. This worked well because I would always come once while I was just hanging loose without even touching my penis, while I was doing oral on her. It seemed to be timed to coincide with her orgasm. Eventually we were able to time it so that we both came together after I was inside her. That wasn't as hard as it sounds because my orgasms seemed to be triggered by hers.
So I think you just need to practice until you find what works for you.

You can't just 'learn' to control ejaculation, that's absurd. Ejaculation is controlled by the sympathetic nervous system, so he needs something that blocks sympathetic activity in the penis. An alpha blocker might do the trick. There are several studies that show that alpha blockers are an effective and safe PE treatment.
I'm not a doctor but I suggest you try an alpha blocker called VIGAMED (oral phentolamine). This will improve his erections and delay his ejaculation. VIGAMED (formerly known as Vasomax) is not available in the US but it is a licensed sexual dysfunction treatment in South America and you can order it online. Always consult a doctor (urologist) before you try any treatment or natural supplement.
