Hi guys, long back when i had bleached my skin using fem had got a bad burn on my cheek, maybe it was due to improper mixing of the activator powder. Once the burn healed it left a dark brown pigmentation on my skin. My doc suggested me a mild topical steroid called desowen cream (desonide 0.05%) . I had to apply it twice a day on clean dry face only on the mark ,very thin layer and in small quantity he had advised. Within a week the pigmenatation reduced, i was so happy. By a month my skin was back to normal. U can even try it for dettol burns , i think it would work well. But make sure the burn has healed. I do not know if it can be applied to open wounds. And in case u feel no improvement whatsoever discontinue it.

I got 2 big pimples on my face. I popped these pimples and cleaned it with detail assuming that it would be good antiseptic.. that was very foolish of me. Now I have 2 very big dark brown spot :-(.. I applied cetaphil moisturizer after reading the below post.. any idea how long will it take to cure.. and how much time will it take for the dark spot to completely fade away

Your advise is so good. My daughter of 10 year age used the dettol at her face i.e.in place between the eye and ear for 7 minutes. After that saw a problem as skin was sore and darken like dark brown color. Than she used ice cube on the face to overcome the sore effect. Now she is using alovera jel with honey and turmeric daily four times. What will the result after sometime, I will share with you.

Are you sure ... you i did the same thing on my forehead... and i have a family function to attend on 21st... will it be fine till then... please help me i am really feeling sad ... so many people will come and will look at my this kind of face
