Hello, folks. I have tendency to faint and my general practitioner ordered an ECG. He found that I have right bund brunch block and sinus bradycardia. He didn’t seem worried. Should I be? Is my condition serious? I would gladly hear out your replies. Thanks in advance for all your replies.

Hello. It depends. Right bundle branch block does not mean necessarily a serious condition. You could have it for all your life without being aware of it. However, in some cases, it can have underlying heart disease. Sinus bradycardia means that your heart beats slower than 60 beats per minute. It also doesn’t mean it is dangerous. However, if I were you, I would ask for a cardiologist’s opinion. I would sleep more peacefully. Good luck!
