a baby diagnosed with pulmonary hemorrhage! What to expect?

Hi. The expert would call this condition acute idiopathic pulmonary hemorrhage with infants. Idiopathic means it hasn’t got a known cause. This condition is very difficult. I think it is even life threatening. However, there are some clinical studies with hemocoagulase. The duration of pulmonary hemorrhage was significantly shortened with this treatment. This is very serious condition and it is really unfortunate for them to have this kind of problem with their baby. If I am not mistaking premature birth could be one of the main reasons for this condition to happen in babies. There are several other things that can cause this condition such as perinatal asphyxia and bleeding disorders. Also breech delivery can be the cause of pulmonary hemorrhage. I am not sure what can be done in this case. Their baby needs all the medical care that it can get and I think that she is not able to leave the hospital until this is resolved.
