One day while masturbating I suddenly felt burning at the tip of my penis, i left it half way, then a day or two later I masturbated it was fine, but after about a week when i had another go I felt pain in my shaft and also pinning at the tip of my penis just at the end of urethera, also experienced problem in urination. I visited the doctor, he said its just a prostatic congestion and prescribed me Cipro, Xatral (Alfuzosin), the problem went away in just 3 days only to come back later. I had again been prescribed the same medicines, a weeks course which had my symptoms relieved a bit but not totally. Additionally I am now having a dryness in  perineum and area around anus (perianal) which is really bothering me. At times I also have an mild irritation in eyes. Can someone guide me ??? Really worried.
