You need to train yourself to last longer.  When you masturbate focus on what you're feeling and then STOP before you ejaculate.  The idea should be to learn control - and not to just get off quick.

It will take a while but you can do it.  You likely have trained yourself to ejaculate fast and need to "break" that.
