Did i have a miscarriage???

Hi, i was just wondering if i had a miscarriage or not?

i am 18 I have been seeing a guy for about a month now and have always had unprotected sex because i am on the pill. I had to go get the morning after pill once a few weeks ago because i missed a day of the pill but the pharmacist said i was probably 100% not pregnant because of the pill and the morning after i got from him.

However, last night i stayed at his house after a night out and whilst having sex i started bleeding A LOT. I wasnt on my period as i had that 2 weeks ago and i am taking my pill. There was so much blood and i became really panicky but in the morning things were fine and thought id just mention this to my doctor at my next appointment. The bleeding stopped.

but when i got home i went to the toilet and had been bleeding again, the bowl was full of blood. I looked down between my legs to see if i was cut or anything to try and see if i could see the cause of bleeding but there was a dark fleshy thing poking out of me. I reluctantly pulled it out and it wasnt a blood clot, it was a fleshy matter, i looked at it for a second but i started to panic that i had actually miscarried and quickly flushed it down the toilet.

i am starting to get really worried... the only thing that is making me doubt it is that i didnt have any cramps or anything, well not that i can remember. Although i am starting to get period type pains just now...
